Wash your hands clean and dry it throughly before touching your lens.
Make sure the lens is not inside out. Refer to the picture shown above.
Place the lens on your middle finger and pull down the upper eye lid.
Insert the lens into your eye, try not to blink while inserting.
Gently release the lids and blink. Repeat steps for the other eye.
How to remove.
Wash, rinse and dry your hands thoroughly before touching your lens.

Lift your upper eye lid and pinch the lens to remove it.
Please make sure your finger nails are short so that your eyes
would not get injured in this process.
